TMA Pathways to Workforce Development Program

Many companies struggle to attract and retain a diverse talent pool. In an effort to aid and support TMA members in creating a stronger workforce culture and building a more inclusive and equitable industry community, TMA has partnered with Achieve More LLC, to launch the TMA Pathways to Workforce Development initiative, which focuses on improving hiring and retention within the security industry.

Our initiative is designed to deliver a range of resources and services to help member companies improve their recruitment and retention practices. Some of the key areas of focus addressed through the initiative include:

  • Inclusive Leadership
  • Recruitment and retention strategies for underrepresented groups
  • Workplace climate and culture
  • Maximizing a multigenerational workforce for DEI

By participating in the TMA Pathways to Workforce Development initiative, member companies can improve their recruitment and retention practices and create a more inclusive workplace culture. This not only promotes employee satisfaction and engagement but also leads to better organizational performance and success. By focusing on workforce development, we aim to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports the growth and success of our members’ businesses and ultimately leads to better organizational outcomes.

The professional monitoring  industry plays a critical role in promoting safety and security for all. By promoting hiring and retention best practices, we can ensure that the industry is reflective of the diverse communities it serves.

Let’s work together to create a more inclusive and equitable security industry.
