The Monitoring Association (TMA) coordinated this Wage & Salary Survey to assist businesses within the industry with competitive compensation practices. The purpose of this survey is to provide monitoring & security companies with information to guide hiring and compensation decisions. The Survey collected information from the year 2018 in the following areas:

Participation was open to all monitoring companies. Company specific information is not published to ensure confidentiality. The survey was created by TRG Associates, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in the security alarm industry.
