We’re looking for the experts, the innovators, and the trailblazers of our industry to speak at our 2025 meetings. Your experience and insights have the power to shape the future, and we’re pleased to offer you the platform to do just that.
We are collecting proposals for:
- 2025 Mid-Year Meeting, April 29-May 1, 2025 (Virtual)
- 2025 Annual Meeting, October 4-8, 2025, The Ritz Carlton, Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, CA
- OPSTech 2025 [Hybrid – TBD]
Each of these events is a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and grow. Your experiences, when shared, become invaluable resources that empower others to excel. By contributing, you’re not just presenting – you’re enriching the collective knowledge of our profession and paving the way for progress and innovation. All selected speakers will receive a 25% discount on registration.
Before you apply:
- Although non-members can apply to speak at TMA events, TMA members will be given priority during the speaker selection process. Previous speaking experience is not a requirement.
- Speakers receive discounts off the full registration fee based on membership status.
In general, TMA speaking opportunities are non-paying and intended to provide opportunities to offer skills to help elevate the professional monitoring industry. Speakers are responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses for in-person events.
We’re shaping the agenda for TMA’s Virtual Mid-Year Meeting and are seeking session proposals on the industry’s most pressing topics. This 3-day event will focus on Leadership and Industry Trends, Technology and Innovation, and Operations and Best Practices, with sessions such as:
