A full day has been set aside at the beginning of the event for technology topics geared towards IT professionals who support monitoring centers. Designed for the operations people working for or delivering services to monitoring centers, the goal of this event is to provide a forum for networking and open dialogue among monitoring center operations professionals
Educational programming at TMA Fall Ops focuses on best practices in monitoring centers, including staff management, disaster preparedness and redundancy, software and equipment integration and other operational processes and procedures. Attendees are surveyed every year to prioritize discussion topics and trending issues.
