Session: Before It Happens: The Mindset of Selling Live Video Monitoring

For decades, the monitoring industry has sold response — the promise that when something goes wrong, someone is watching and help is on the way. Live Video Monitoring changes the promise itself. It moves the value from reaction to prevention, from responding after an event to intervening before it unfolds. Yet many sales conversations still position LVM as a feature, a technology upgrade, or a line item — and customers hear it exactly that way and are not willing to pay for it. This keynote makes the case that selling Live Video Monitoring is, at its core, a mindset shift before it is a sales tactic. When a sales team truly believes it is selling prevention — the power to stop something before it happens — the entire conversation changes. Salespeople are committed to providing the most valuable scenario to their customers, and customers become willing to invest. Reflective and high-level, this session challenges leaders to align their people and their story around a powerful promise to their customers.

  1. Examine the concept that prevention is a belief before it’s a pitch. You can’t sell a promise your people don’t fully believe in — and that conviction has to start at the leadership level, not the sales floor.
  2. Clearly motivate their sales teams that customers will invest in the most valuable scenario, if their salespeople lead conversation that reveal it. Because LVM’s value is invisible, the sale lives in trust and in a clear picture.
  3. Position LVM as protection that acts in real time – the most valuable scenario for their customers.

Keynote (Wednesday, November 11):

Bennett Borden
Founder & CEO, Clarion AI Partners

Bennett Borden is a globally recognized authority on artificial intelligence, AI governance, and responsible technology adoption. A former Chief Data Scientist and Global AI Practice Chair at DLA Piper, he advises organizations worldwide on implementing AI strategically while managing legal, regulatory, and organizational risk.

Session: Iron Man, Not Terminator: Using AI to Amplify Human Potential

Artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming the most transformative technology since electricity, yet many business leaders remain uncertain about what it means for their organizations. In this engaging and practical keynote, Bennett Borden cuts through the hype and fear surrounding AI to focus on what matters most: how leaders can use AI to create competitive advantage, unlock institutional knowledge, improve decision-making, and amplify the capabilities of their people. Drawing on his unique background as a lawyer, data scientist, former intelligence analyst, and advisor to leading global organizations, Bennett will explain why AI transformation is only 20% technology and 80% leadership, psychology, and organizational change. He will also provide a practical roadmap for navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of AI laws, regulations, and governance expectations, helping leaders understand how to innovate responsibly while managing legal, regulatory, and reputational risk. Attendees will leave with a clear framework for identifying AI opportunities, managing risk, building trust, and positioning their organizations to thrive in an era of unprecedented technological change. Rather than replacing human expertise, Bennett demonstrates how AI can help create “Iron Man organizations”—where people and technology work together to achieve results neither could accomplish alone.

The future belongs not to the companies that adopt AI first, but to the companies that learn to combine human judgment and AI-enabled execution better than their competitors.

TMA’s Volunteer Committee’s are currently working on an exciting lineup of presenters for this meeting!
