WA and KY ECCs Go Live on TMA ASAP Service

TMA has added two new Emergency Communication Centers (ECCs) to its growing list of ASAP Service users.  Clark County, Washington became the 135th Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and the 7th ECC in the state of Washington to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP). The Kenton County KY Emergency Communications Center (ECC) became the 136th ECC in the United States and the 2nd ECC in the state of Kentucky to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).

Clark County WA Regional Emergency Services Authority #135

The Clark County WA Regional Emergency Services Authority (CRESA) went live on October 3rd & 4th, 2023 with the following companies: Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Guardian Protection, Security Central, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Affiliated Monitoring, Protection One, Vivint, Brinks Home Security, National Monitoring Center, Securitas, and ADT.

Kenton County KY Emergency Communications Center #136

Kenton County went live on October 10th & 11th, 2023 with the following companies: Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Securitas, Protection One, Quick Response, Security Central, Brinks Home Security, Affiliated Monitoring, United Central Control, National Monitoring Center, Guardian Protection, Vivint, ADT and DynaMark Monitoring.

Three New ECCs Go Live with TMA’s ASAP Service

TMA is pleased to announce the addition of three new ECCs to it’s growing list of ASAP-to-PSAP service users. All three went live during the week of August 14th.

Oswego County NY #132

The Oswego County NY Communications Center became the 132nd Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and the 7th ECC in the state of New York to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  Oswego County went live the week of August 14, 2023: Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Amherst Alarm, Doyle, Vivint, Security Central, Securitas (Stanley Division), Tyco (Johnson Controls), United Central Control, Protection One, Affiliated Monitoring, Securitas, Brinks Home Security, National Monitoring Center, Guardian Protection, and ADT.

Lewis County NY #133

The Lewis County NY Communications Center became the 133rd Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and the 8th ECC in the state of New York to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  Lewis County went live the week of August 14, 2023: Rapid Response Monitoring, Amherst Alarm, Doyle, Securitas (Stanley Division), Tyco (Johnson Controls), United Central Control, Protection One, Affiliated Monitoring, Brinks Home Security Protection, and ADT.

Seneca County NY #134

The Seneca County NY Communications Center became the 134th Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and the 9th ECC in the state of New York to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  Seneca County went live on August 16, 2023 with the following companies: Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Guardian Protection, Securitas, Security Central, Amherst Alarm, Vivint, Securitas (Stanley Division), Brinks Home Security, National Monitoring Center, Doyle, Protection One, ADT, and Affiliated Monitoring.

 

Fourth Maryland ECC Goes Live with TMA’s Automated Secure Alarm Protocol

The Queen Anne’s County MD Emergency Services is the 131st Emergency Communications Center (ECCs) in the United States to implement The Monitoring Association’s (TMA) Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP). Launched in 2011 as a public-private partnership, TMA’s ASAP service is designed to increase the accuracy and efficiency of calls for service from alarm monitoring centers to Emergency Communication Centers (ECCs).

Queen Anne’s County ECC is the 4th ECC in the state of Maryland to implement ASAP. The Center went live the week of July 17, 2023 with: Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Johnson Controls, Securitas (Stanley Div), Securitas, CPI, Security Central, Brinks Home Security, United Central Control, Protection One, National Monitoring Center, Vivint, Affiliated Monitoring, Guardian Protection and ADT.

The Bell County TX Communications Center became the 129th Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and the 15th ECC in the state of Texas to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  Bell County went live the week of June 13, 2023, with: Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Vivint, DynaMark Monitoring, Security Central, Securitas (Stanley Div), Tyco (Johnson Controls), United Central Control, Protection One, Affiliated Monitoring, Securitas, Brinks Home Security, National Monitoring Center, Alert 360, and Guardian Protection. ADT is planning to go-live in the next few weeks.

Crawford County Department of Public Safety PA #130

The Crawford county Department of Public Safety became the 130th Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and the 7th ECC in the state of Pennsylvania to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  The Crawford County ECC went live the week of June 19, 2023, with: Rapid Response Monitoring, Vector Security, Johnson Controls, Securitas (Stanley Div), Securitas, Quick Response, Doyle Security, Dynamark Monitoring, United Central Control, Protection One, National Monitoring Center, Vivint, Brinks Home Security, Guardian Protection, Affiliated Monitoring and ADT.

City of Seattle CSCC WA Goes Live with TMA’s ASAP-to-PSAP Service

The Seattle WA Community Safety & Communications Center (CSCC) became the 128th Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and the 6th ECC in the state of Washington to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  The Seattle CSCC went live the week of June 5, 2023, with: Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Guardian Protection, Securitas, Security Central, DynaMark Monitoring, Affiliated Monitoring, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Vivint, Brinks Home Security, National Monitoring Center, Securitas (Stanley Div), Protection One and ADT.

TMA welcomed its 124th and 125th ECCs to its ASAP-to-PSAP service in March.

Deschutes County OR 911 Service District  (#124)

The Deschutes County OR 911 Service District is the 124th Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and the 2nd agency in the State of Oregon to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  The Deschutes County ECC went live March 15, 2023 with: Rapid Response Monitoring, Vector Security, Johnson Controls (Tyco), Stanley Security, Securitas, Protection One, Security Central, Affiliated Monitoring, United Central Control, National Monitoring Center, Guardian Protection, Brinks, Vivint and ADT.

Fairfax County VA  (#125)

The Fairfax County VA Department of Public Safety Communications became the 125th Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and the 23rd ECC in the state of Virginia to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  The Fairfax County ECC went live the week of March 27, 2023, with: Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Security Central, Stanley Security, Securitas, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Guardian Protection, Brinks Home Security, Affiliated Monitoring, Vivint, United Central Control, Protection One, the National Monitoring Center, CPI, Wegmans, and ADT.

The Monitoring Association (TMA) welcomed Dynamark Monitoring, Inc. to its growing list of ASAP-to-PSAP connected monitoring centers – bringing the total number to 29. California DOJ Approves Pilot of TMA’s Automated Secure Alarm Protocol

The Monitoring Association (TMA) welcomed its 119th Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and its first ECC in the state of California to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP). The state of California became the 22nd state in the United States to participate in the ASAP program. Launched in 2011 as a public-private partnership, TMA’s ASAP service is designed to increase the accuracy and efficiency of calls for service from alarm monitoring centers to Emergency Communication Centers (ECCs).

“We are excited to introduce our leading-edge technology to our first California ECC,” stated Pam Petrow, co-chair, TMA ASAP-to-PSAP Committee. “The team at the City of Riverside PD has been extraordinary partner throughout the implementation process. We’re looking forward to a positive pilot program and the opportunity to welcome additional ECCs from across the state of California in 2023.”

The City of Riverside PD went live with: Rapid Response Monitoring, Vector Security, Affiliated Monitoring, United Central Control, Guardian Protection, Securitas, Security Central, Stanley Security, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Vivint, Brinks Home Security, Protection One, and National Monitoring Center. ADT will go-live with Riverside during a second implementation phase in January 2023.

Town of Leesburg VA Police Department Goes Live with ASAP-to-PSAP

The Town of Leesburg VA Police Department Emergency Communications Center (ECC) is the 117th ECC in the United States and the 21st agency in the state of Virginia to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).

The Leesburg ECC went live on Thursday, November 3, 2022, with: Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Stanley Security, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Brinks Home Security, Affiliated Monitoring, the National Monitoring Center, Securitas, Guardian Protection, Protection One, United Central Control, Security Central, Vivint, and ADT.
