TMA Welcomes Two New ASAPs

TMA welcomed two new ASAPs this week, which brings the total number to 125.

Deschutes County OR 911 Service District  (#124)

The Deschutes County OR 911 Service District is the 124th Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and the 2nd agency in the State of Oregon to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  The Deschutes County ECC went live March 15, 2023 with: Rapid Response Monitoring, Vector Security, Johnson Controls (Tyco), Stanley Security, Securitas, Protection One, Security Central, Affiliated Monitoring, United Central Control, National Monitoring Center, Guardian Protection, Brinks, Vivint and ADT.

Fairfax County VA  (#125)

The Fairfax County VA Department of Public Safety Communications became the 125th Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the United States and the 23rd ECC in the state of Virginia to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  The Fairfax County ECC went live the week of March 27, 2023, with: Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Security Central, Stanley Security, Securitas, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Guardian Protection, Brinks Home Security, Affiliated Monitoring, Vivint, United Central Control, Protection One, the National Monitoring Center, CPI, Wegmans, and ADT.
