TMA Welcomes 114th ECC to its ASAP-to-PSAP Service

On Thursday, September 29, 2022, the Kenosha County Joint Services ECC in Wisconsin became the 114th ECC in the United States and the 2nd ECC in the state of Wisconsin to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP). The Kenosha County ECC went live on Thursday, September 29th with Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Johnson Controls , Stanley Security, Protection One, Security Central, Guardian Protection, United Central Control, National Monitoring Center, Affiliated Monitoring, Brinks Home Security, Alarm Detection Systems (IL), Securitas, Vivint & ADT. This was achieved despite personnel from at least two companies being directly impacted by Hurricane Ian during the Go-Live.

TMA Welcomes Two Texas ECCs to it’s ASAP-to-PSAP Service

TMA’s ASAP-to-PSAP Service welcomed two new ECCs within this month – both in Texas. With these new additions, 113 ECCs are now live with TMA’s ASAP-to-PSAP.

Fort Worth, TX

The Fort Worth TX Emergency Communications Center (ECC) is the 112th public safety communications center in the United States and the 13th agency in the state of Texas to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  The Fort Worth ECC went live the week of August 15th, 2022, with: Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Security Central, Stanley Security, Securitas, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Guardian Protection, Brinks Home Security, Affiliated Monitoring, Vivint, Alert 360, United Central Control, Protection One and the National Monitoring Center. ADT will go-live with Fort Worth in the near future.

The Fort Worth TX ASAP implementation was managed by Bill Hobgood.

Irving, TX

The Irving PD, TX Emergency Communications Center (ECC) is the 113th public safety communications center in the United States and the 14th agency in the state of Texas to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).  Irving PD ECC went live on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 16th & 17th, 2022, with: Rapid Response Monitoring, Alert 360, Stanley Security, Securitas, Guardian Protection, Protection One, Vector Security, Tyco (Johnson Controls), United Central Control, Vivint, Security Central, Brinks Home Security, National Monitoring Center and Affiliated Monitoring.  Allstate Security and ADT will go-live in the near future.

The Irving TX PD ASAP implementation was managed by Dianne Flanagan.

New Hanover County ECC Goes Live with TMA’s Automated Secure Alarm Protocol

The Monitoring Association (TMA) welcomed its 111th ECC in the United States on Monday, July 25, 2022. The New Hanover County ECC in North Carolina became the 12th ECC in the state of North Carolina to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP). The New Hanover County ECC went live with Rapid Response Monitoring, Vector Security, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Stanley Security, Guardian Protection, Securitas, ADS, United Central Control, Brinks Home Security, Affiliated Monitoring, Vivint, National Monitoring Center, Holmes Security, Protection One and CPI Security. ADT and Security Central will be on boarded in the near future.

City of Rockwall, TX Goes Live with TMA’s ASAP-to-PSAP Service

Ohio ECC Goes Live as 109th ASAP-to-PSAP

On Monday, May 23, 2022, the Licking County Regional Communications Center (LCRCC) OH became the 109th ECC in the United States and the 6th ECC in the state of Ohio to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).

Licking County went live on Monday, May 23rd with Rapid Response Monitoring, Vector Security, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Securitas, Alert360, United Central Control, Guardian Protection, Stanley Security, Quick Response, Affiliated Monitoring, National Monitoring Center, Vivint, Security Central & Brinks Home Security followed by Protection One on Wednesday, May 25th. ADT will be added in the near future.

Oneida County NY ECC, TMA’s 108th ASAP-to-PSAP Site

The Oneida County NY Department of Emergency Communications 9-1-1 Center became the 108th Emergency Communications Center in the United States and the 7th agency in the state of New York to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP). Oneida County went live on Monday, May 16, 2022, and Tuesday, May 17, 2022 with Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Guardian Protection, Security Central, Stanley Security, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Protection One, Amherst Alarm, Doyle Security, National Monitoring Center, Affiliated Monitoring, Brinks Home Security, Vivint, Securitas, and ADT. 

Three Minnesota ECCs Go Live with ASAP-to-PSAP

The City of Bloomington MN, Dakota County MN, and Rice-Steele Counties MN respectively became the 105th, 106th, and 107th Emergency Communications Centers in the United States and the 3rd, 4th and 5th agencies in the state of Minnesota to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP-to-PSAP).

The City of Bloomington went live on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, Dakota County went live on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, and Rice-Steele Counties went live on Thursday, May 5, 2022. Each PSAP went live with Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Guardian Protection, Security Central, Quick Response, Stanley Security, United Central Control, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Protection One, Brinks, Affiliated Monitoring, Vivint, National Monitoring Center, and ADT.

Denver City and Country Bring TMA’s ASAP-to-PSAP to 104 ECCs Nationwide

The Denver 9-1-1 Communications Center is the 104th emergency communications center in the United States and the 2nd agency in the state of Colorado to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP). Denver went live on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 through Friday, April 15, 2022 with Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Guardian Protection, Security Central, Stanley Security, Securitas, United Central Control, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Protection One, Brinks, Affiliated Monitoring, Vivint, National Monitoring Center, and ADT. Alarm Detection Systems based in Aurora IL will be live with Denver over the upcoming days.

The City of Lawrence IN is the 101st emergency communications center (ECC) in the United States and the 2nd agency in the state of Indiana to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP). The City of Lawrence ECC went live on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, with Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Security Central, Affiliated Monitoring, Securitas, Quick Response, Stanley Security, Tyco (Johnson Controls), United Central Control, Guardian Protection, Brinks Home Security, National Monitoring Center, Protection One, Vivint, and ADT. The City of Lawrence operates as a spoke on the Indianapolis CAD hub.

Hendricks County IN

Hendricks County IN is the 102nd emergency communications center (ECC) in the United States and the 3rd agency in the state of Indiana to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP). Hendricks County went live on Thursday, March 10, 2022, with Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Stanley Security, Affiliated Monitoring, Tyco (Johnson Controls), ADS Security, United Central Control, Quick Response, Securitas, National Monitoring Center, Security Central, Protection One, Guardian Protection, Brinks Home Security, Vivint, and ADT. Like Lawrence, Hendricks County also operates as a spoke on the Indianapolis CAD hub.

 

City of Atlanta Police Department is the 100th ECC to Implement ASAP Service

The City of Atlanta GA Police Department is the 100th emergency communications center in the United States and the 4th agency in the state of Georgia to implement the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP). The implementation includes the Atlanta Airport Communications Center, part of the Atlanta Police Department. Atlanta went live on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, through Thursday, March 3, 2022, with Vector Security, Rapid Response Monitoring, Guardian Protection, Security Central, Securitas, Stanley Security, United Central Control, Tyco (Johnson Controls), Affiliated Monitoring, National Monitoring Center, Brinks, Vivint, Protection One, ADS Security (Nashville), CPI Security, Alert 360, and ADT.
