The Northwest Regional Emergency Communications Center (NRECC) operated by the Dublin, OH Police is the 41st PSAP to implement ASAP and the 2nd implementation in Ohio.

The NRECC dispatches law enforcement, fire and medical for the cities of Dublin, Hilliard, Upper Arlington and Norwich Township.
