Na ho’omaka hou

Over the past year and a half, we faced new and evolving challenges from Covid-19 to natural disasters which devastated large swaths of several states.  Working from home, travel bans, and social distancing kept us from our loved ones and colleagues.

So, let us come together to celebrate Na ho’omaka hou (New Beginnings).  Join us for a casual and fun night under the stars with a buffet of traditional and modern Hawaiian fare, music, and the warm company of your colleagues, friends, and loved ones.

Registration is now open. Please refer to the table below for various options.

Please note: Due to the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, TMA has established a generous cancellation policy for this meeting. Full-paid registrations may be cancelled without penalty until September 17, 2021 (5:00PM/EDT). After that date refunds cannot be honored except in the case of medical or family emergency.

Please note: This is the latest information as of January 28, 2021. We will continue to update, as we learn of new information.

Hawaii is a beautiful and unique state composed entirely of islands in the Pacific Ocean.  As such they are naturally isolated from other states and countries.  They are asking all travelers to join in their efforts to help keep Hawaii safe during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The islands of Oahu, Maui, Molokai, Lanai, and Hawaii continue with the state’s pre-travel testing program.  Travelers must have their negative Covid test (NAAT, also known as PCR test) results prior to departing the mainland as an alternative to Hawaii’s mandatory 10-day quarantine.  Please note that Maui County (home of the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua) also has some requirements, including downloading the Aloha Safe Alert App to your cell phone that will notify you if you come into contact with any Maui County resident on the app who tests positive.  This is currently a mandatory requirement for travelers to Maui.

As the Covid-19 vaccine program becomes more available to the general population, it is expected that rules and regulations for travel to Hawaii will be updated.  In order to provide you with the most up-to-date travel restrictions and requirements, please continue to check the following websites.
