On Tuesday, November 7th, meeting attendees and guests will have a hands-on opportunity to impact those in need in Maui and in other disaster areas.

Please view a video message from the Ritz General Manager Andrew Rogers:

The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua is located on the northwest side of Maui.  Direct flights to Maui are available from many airports on the US mainland.

Maui has three airports, but only Kahului Airport (OGG) has facilities to accommodate direct flights from the US mainland.  If you want or need to fly into Oahu’s (Honolulu) Daniel K. Inouye Airport (HNL), you will need to take an inter-island flight to Maui. The vast majority of inter-island flights land at Kahului (OGG), but a few inter-island flights land at the smaller Kapalua/West Maui Airport (JHM).  This is a single runway airport with operations limited to daylight hours. Passengers deplane by stairs directly onto the airport tarmac.

Taxi service, private transportation and shared airport shuttle service are all available from the Kahului Airport (OGG).  Taxis are metered and the estimated fare to Kapalua is $105. The airport is serviced by all major rental car companies. Please plan a 50–60-minute drive time from the Kahului Airport to the hotel property.

If you wish, advance transportation requests can be made through the hotel’s concierge.

Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua – (808) 669-6200.
