TMA is excited to return to an in-person 2022 Annual Meeting at the beautiful AAA 4-Diamond JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, October 29 – November 2. The luxurious resort is located just 48 miles from the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), along three miles of private white sand beach, on the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you are looking for a quiet place to relax, some pampering and rejuvenation, or some fun activities in between meetings, you are sure to find it all at this sophisticated property.
The resort features 12 restaurants, two championship golf courses, a serene Spa by JW, fitness classes and activities, a gaming emporium with bowling, multiple swimming pools and upscale rooms and suites, each with a private balcony.

TMA is pleased to open the room block for our 2022 TMA Annual Meeting at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort in Marco Island, FL, October 29th – November 2nd. A limited number of rooms are available in four categories ranging from $314 to $366/night. There are other groups at the property that overlap our meeting, so book early to guarantee your choice of room type.
The JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort added a new tower to the property a few years ago. That tower contains Paradise by Sirene, a limited group of just 94 guest rooms and suites tailored to guests ages 21 and over. The upgraded accommodations include a complimentary daily breakfast for 2 and access to Sirene’s private rooftop pool, as well as other amenities. Because of the limited availability of these rooms, we are unable to hold any in our TMA block, but the hotel has agreed to allow bookings at $430/night based on the hotel’s availability.
