Ever wonder how you rate as a leader? What skills you should focus on to build your operational toolkit? Join your industry counterparts November 5-7 in Dallas for two days of interactive sessions that will focus on evaluating effective leadership and tackling the unique aspects of team building strategies in the monitoring center. Topics will cover leadership challenges with developing trust and managing conflict and will address how to develop team commitment, accountability and results through effective leadership and coaching best practices. In addition, we will be including problem-solving discussions around general operations concerns that include ongoing hiring and retention and change management challenges. Plus, you’ll have the rare opportunity to tour ADT’s National Accounts Operation Center!
TMA’s 2018 Fall Operations Management Seminar will take place at the Embassy Suites Dallas DFW Airport South on November 5-7.
We listened to you last year and moved the travel date off of Sunday to Monday. Because we have so much great information to share with you, we have expanded the opening reception on Monday evening to include a State of the Industry Report and a team building exercise. Please plan your travel so that you can join us as we launch two days of leadership, team building and operations best practices.
